Tim 1 is a PLC driven dosing system, that was designed to be robust, reliable and highly accurate in dispensing fluid admixtures to concrete.

Two step dosing system:
Step 1, the fluid is first dispensed into a transparent vase allowing for visual control , and gives you a safe absolute volumetric safe guard.
Step 2, the fluid is dispensed in to the concrete mixer.

• Mistakes made during Step 1 can easily be corrected by returning the fluid back to the main tank
• The system uses a reliable pulse meter that is designed for thicker fluids with a RD of up to 1.4 kg/l
• Can handle small impurities in fluid
• Reliable PLC driven controller that gives a fast and absolute response on errors
• Low flow safety mechanism, based on pulse error signals
• A pre-set adjustable maximum batching limit
• Alarm indicating any leaking from non return valve (back flow)
• Adjustable time delay function to limit overdosing
